Zonnebloem approached G2 to design and develop their website and online store. The website at the time did not have the functionality to buy wine online which was a priority for the client. Zonnebloem’s website, along with Pongrácz and Fleur Du Cap is connected to the Vinotèque Shopify Store that we built a few years ago for Distell.
The client’s vision for Zonnebloem was a modern and light look and feel, combined with dusty cellars and moody images. They did not want the brand to look and seem “old”, but rather showcase its heritage. The functionality was also a priority for the client which included a seamless user-journey on mobile.
